❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about PPCA 2028 and community involvement.

PPCA 2028 is a community initiative led by the Pinnacle Port Community Association to modernize how residents receive information, share feedback, and stay connected. The initiative includes a video and audio content hub, live Q&A sessions, and this community portal — all designed to increase transparency and resident engagement.
There are many ways to get involved: attend monthly board meetings (dates posted in the Updates tab), submit community questions via the Questions tab, participate in surveys when they are distributed, and follow this hub for regular vodcast and podcast content. You can also reach the board directly via the contact information in your HOA documentation.
Board meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM at the community clubhouse. Meeting dates, agendas, and minutes are posted in the Updates and Project Notes tabs on this page. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The fastest way is to use the Questions tab on this page — your question may be answered directly in an upcoming vodcast. For formal concerns or violations, please use the official community concern submission form available through your HOA management portal, or contact the board secretary directly.
Meeting minutes, community rules, annual budgets, and other official documents are available in the Project Notes tab above. Physical copies are also maintained at the community clubhouse. If you cannot find a specific document, contact the HOA management company or the board president.
Active projects include the Phase 2 common area landscaping, the clubhouse roof replacement (scheduled for Q3 2026), and the digital communication upgrade (this PPCA 2028 hub). Current project status reports are included in the monthly board meeting recaps posted in the Updates tab.
